NOTE: Non-profits and religious organizations should contact Speedy Sites for a discounted price on these services.

Limitations: 

1. Only websites with standard WordPress installs can use this service
2. Only data in the default WordPress folders and database are backed up
3. No software can ensure 100% protection against site compromises
4. Services are paid for prior to execution
5. Service terms are one quarter minimums and can be renewed/extended at any time
6. Services will stop after prepaid term expires
7. Our backup service may not work on all website hosting platforms. Your payment will be refunded 100% if our service does not work during initial testing.
   • NOTE: Existing clients: our backup service has been used successfully for years on iPower hosting.
8. Service does not include:
   • Required repair work, if your site has already been compromised
   • Custom storage requirements such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or other off-site storage locations of the client’s choice
   • Discovering your hosting, WordPress or FTP ID/password
